1. Create your account and write your message
Start by creating an account. Write your message. You can edit & replace your message anytime.
2. Add your recipients
Choose who should receive it. It might be family abroad, a close friend, or even someone you’ve only ever known online.
3. Stay connected
HearMeOnce will check in with you at regular intervals, through email.
At your chosen intervals, we send you a reminder. All you have to do is click a link to confirm you’re still okay. However if you stop responding, the system delivers your messages on your behalf.
4. Inform your recipients
To avoid confusion and ensure smooth delivery, we advise notifying your recipients that you have set up a HearMeOnce account. This helps prevent our messages from being flagged as spam.
