How does HearMeOnce know when to send my message?
You choose how often we check in, for example, every 30, 60 or 90 days. As long as you confirm, your messages stay sealed. If you stop responding after a few reminders, your message is delivered once, with care.
Can I update or delete my message later?
Yes. You can replace, or delete your message anytime from your account dashboard.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your account and messages are deleted within 14 days.
Who is HearMeOnce for?
For anyone who wants peace of mind (for themselves and contacts), people who live abroad, those with online friends they’ve never met in person, or simply anyone who wants to make sure their last words are heard.
How will my message be sent?
When it’s time, your message is delivered to your chosen recipients through email. Delivery happens once, via email.
What if I don’t respond to check-ins but I’m still okay?
You’ll always receive multiple reminders before anything happens. You can easily reset or pause your account anytime to keep your messages sealed.
